Townshend Associates Ltd is seeking a bright, driven and technically capable individual to join our specialist consultancy delivering vertical transportation services on some of London’s most prestigious developments.

The Opportunity

• This role is ideal for a high-potential, early to mid-career professional with a solid background in the lift industry or construction project management, looking to accelerate their career.
• You’ll take on real responsibility from the outset – working within major project teams, managing vertical transport packages and developing your expertise under the guidance of experienced industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vertical transport packages from design to commissioning
• Provide technical input on lift and escalator systems
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and suppliers
• Support programme delivery, quality assurance and risk management
• Represent the consultancy confidently within project teams

About You

• Experience in the lift industry or construction project management
• Strong technical understanding and project delivery exposure
• Confident, professional communicator able to operate on major projects
• Ambitious, proactive and eager to learn
